Leslie Hacker is the Founder of Hacker Communications, an integrated public relations and marketing agency that helps brands grow at the intersection of PR, digital marketing, social media, influencer, and authentic storytelling.
A former business journalist with the New York Daily News, Leslie brings an editorial mindset to modern marketing, helping organizations earn credibility, build visibility, and create campaigns that resonate with both people and search engines. She founded Hacker Communications in Toronto in 2015 before expanding the agency to Vancouver, where it now operates through a collective of specialized communications experts.
She has developed and led high-impact campaigns and creator/influencer programs for national brands, destinations, and major public events, including the recent record-breaking Shipyards Christmas Market.
Leslie currently serves as President of the Canadian Public Relations Society (CPRS) Vancouver and is a frequent speaker and writer on the future of PR, AI search, reputation, and integrated marketing.
