Ray grew up in Steveston, B.C. among self-employed business owners and artists who fueled his entrepreneurial spirit. As a recognized digital leader with over 10 years of marketing experience, Ray moves seamlessly between executing technical projects and developing strategic roadmaps. An exceptional listener and communicator, Ray thrives in a fast-paced environment, bringing critical thinking and strategic planning to solve business challenges and drive bottom-line results.
Before launching RW Digital, he pursued a dual degree in Finance and Marketing at Simon Fraser University. With his unique perspective, he uses data and analytics to guide his creative pursuits; balancing both the art and science of marketing.
After graduation, he held various roles in Market Research and Digital Management, working on initiatives across sectors including consumer goods, automotive, education and tech.
To unwind, Ray reinvigorates his sensory experience with a range of hobbies including film production and coffee tasting. He also enjoys giving back to his community by volunteering to sow seeds with his bare hands at the local farm and grocery shopping for seniors.
