Hanks is an analytics leader whose career has spanned the full data stack – from engineering to global strategy. He’s passionate about the intersection of technology, design, and business, and bringing all three together to deliver value.
He began as a software developer at SAP Labs before moving into tech consulting, where he helped clients get more out of the products he’d previously helped build. He later joined a startup, scaling teams and products globally, and went on to found an analytics consultancy advising Fortune 500 companies. Today, he leads the Global Retail Analytics team at Arc’teryx.
