Deepak began his career in technology, building products and solutions while gaining broad experience across industries – from defense and space to satellite imaging, real estate, government, and manufacturing in the resource sector.
Driven to bridge technology with business impact, he returned to school to complete his MBA at UBC Sauder, strengthening his foundation in strategy and leadership.
Over the past 15 years, Deepak has built a career as a strategy, management consultant, and project management leader – known for aligning cross-functional teams, delivering results in complex environments, building lasting client partnerships, and serving on boards.
Today, as Director of Programs and Portfolios at Central 1 in the financial services industry, he leads high-performing teams that help credit unions and financial institutions across Canada compete and thrive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Deepak is passionate about giving back to the community and proudly serves as Co-Chair of the Friends of the Vancouver Public Library board.
