Beginning as a weekly support group, The Heart of Richmond was founded following meetings with a number of people in the community who were living with HIV/AIDS or were involved as a family member, friend or caregiver. The Heart of Richmond was incorporated as a society and designated as a charitable organization in 1997. One of our proudest achievements has been the creation, in partnership with Richmond Health Services, of the Gilwest Clinic — a fully staffed HIV/AIDS Clinic at Richmond Hospital.

WordPress Management

Heart of Richmond was seeking a WordPress administrator to help the Richmond-based non-profit organization update content, troubleshoot technical website issues, and update WordPress core and plugins.

RW Digital had previously provided web services to WordPress websites by debugging website or coding errors, updating content, and backing up WordPress websites and then updating WordPress cores and plugins.

RW Digital’s skills and experience were aligned with the background and skillset that Heart of Richmond was seeking.

RW Digital maintains www.heartofrichmond.com on a monthly basis as requested by the organization, troubleshoots website issues, and performs backups of the website and then update plugins or WordPress core to ensure that the website has the latest patches and security updates.

Heart of Richmond website is updated on a monthly basis and website issues are remedied in a timely manner and Heart of Richmond has a seamless and positive on-going partnership with RW Digital.

RW Digital has been supporting our website presence on a monthly basis for the past 2.5 years and Ray is a delight to work with. His WordPress management knowledge is extensive and we feel comfortable to be advised and guided when making design or layout changes. He is also a great support when we need it and always happy to help. Thank you RW Digital for the work you do for our small non-profit society.
