WordPress Management

Heart of Richmond was seeking a WordPress administrator to help the Richmond-based non-profit organization update content, troubleshoot technical website issues, and update WordPress core and plugins. RW Digital had previously provided web services to WordPress websites by debugging website or coding errors, updating content, and backing up WordPress websites and then updating WordPress cores and plugins.

RW Digital’s skills and experience were aligned with the background and skillset that Heart of Richmond was seeking.

Print Advertisement Design

Grace Hsu, one of Realty Alliance Inc’s team members, wanted to design a print advertisement for a bus stop shelter in Richmond, BC. The bus advertisement will showcase her team and their contact information. RW Digital conducted questions with Grace to unravel key communications requirements, clear call to action and key marketing objectives she wanted to achieve through the advertisement.

Google Data Studio Setup

Adapt Digital wanted to automate its digital marketing reporting process by using Google Data Studio and using the Google-powered reporting solution to import data from different data sources, aggregate data automatically, and display the data using data visualization charts and custom metrics and scorecards. RW Digital developed Google Data Studio reports by first importing Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook ads data using the built-in data source connector and a third-party tool.

WordPress Development

InsideOut Vancouver was experiencing website loading challenges with its WordPress website as the website could not load beyond the navigation bar. InsideOut Vancouver then approached RW Digital to find solutions for the technical website issues and requested that the website would properly and quickly. RW Digital first conducted an audit of the website to identify potential issues for the loading error. After the audit, RW Digital determined that the codes in the WordPress template were causing the website loading errors and migrating a new WordPress template was necessary.
